from 21.12.2023 - 07.01.2024. You can still order in the shop as usual. From 08.01.2024 we will process your orders immediately.

Customer Information

General customer information concerning the order process.

  1. Place the article you wish to purchase into the shopping basket
  2. Once the shopping basket contains all the articles you wish to purchase click on the Go To Checkout button in the shopping basket
  3. Enter your personal data in the forms and select the required shipping mode and payment option
  4. You will be able to view your order once again in the final form. If everything is OK click on Send Order
  5. You will receive a confirmation of your order at the email address you specified. Here you will once again be able to check whether all the information you entered is as it should be. If you discover an error, please contact: kontakt@joha.eu
  6. Afterwards we will check your order Once that has been done we will send you an order confirmation.
  7. If you selected the Pay in advance option, only transfer the full amount into our account once you have received our proforma invoice
  8. Once the transferred amount has reached our account, we will dispatch the order to the address you provided
  9. You are entitled to make use of your right of return within 14 days of receiving the goods
