Made of black ox-ear hair. The hairs are obtained from the ears of specific breeds of oxen. The hair is both strong and elastic, and therefore well suited for varnishing. The brushes are made especially for the finest varnishing and can be used for all spirit and oil varnishes. Because the hairs are twice as dense, they have the ability to absorb more varnish.

Stain brush These brushes, made of pure white bristles with a red plastic fringe, are particularly suited for the application of woodstain. The colour of the stain is not altered by the neutral brush material.
Pointed synthetic retouching brush Our synthetic retouching brush is a cost-effective alternative for the red sable retouching brush.
Glue brush Especially suitable for working with hot glue. These bristle brushes are made with absolutely no metal, because metal negatively affects the brightness and adhesion of the glue. Metal could also rust over time. The brush is bound to the natural handle with twine, and bound an additional time at the base of the bristles, to improve stability while gluing.
