Calcium Siccativ – Drying Agent for Oil Varnishes
This calcium-based drier is used to accelerate the drying time during the production of oil varnishes. It is suitable for the preparation of custom oil varnishes based on traditional recipes, as well as for self-cooked oil varnishes.
Application:
✅ For self-made or self-cooked oil varnishes
→ Dosage depending on your recipe (typically 1–5%)
✅ For Oil Varnish Standard and Oil Varnish Ia
→ Add max. 3–5%, as these varnishes already contain drier
⚠️ Note: Adding drier to Oil Varnish Standard and Oil Varnish Ia is not strictly necessary, as both varnishes already dry very quickly.
